Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have full production knowledge regarding furniture production and others related works.
∎ Manage and Follow-up the entire factory operation ensures the operator in Factory.
∎ Develop and execute monthly production plans in collaboration with the Factory Manager to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
∎ Provide clear direction, encouragement & Motivate work-force for maximum production output.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity.
∎ Recruit competent technicians and workers according to production demand.
∎ Communicate with Logistics for in-time delivery.
∎ Considering lead time carryout regular Order placement of production materials and ensure receival of required material for uninterrupted production output.
∎ Generate daily production report according to machine production capacity and worker efficiency analysis.
∎ Communicate with Logistics for in-time delivery.
∎ Reduce inventory overhead.
∎ Present weekly performance report to Head Office.
∎ Maintain Proper Documentation for each work.
∎ Any other tasks as relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.
