Educational Requirements:
∎ Formal Training / degree or in house in any reputable Brand is a must.
∎ Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify major / critical process.
∎ Recommend mock up for all critical operations.
∎ Check & Approve Size Set Sample.
∎ Check all patterns.
∎ Recommend preventive measures.
∎ Conduct Pre-Production Meetings.
∎ Do In-line & Final Inspection @ AQL 2.5.
∎ Conform bulk product to garment spec / approved production sample.
∎ Audit quality management system as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Report all findings to management & buyers every day.
∎ Correct non-compliant issues quickly.
∎ Investigate & provide root cause analysis
∎ Guide & prescribe correct methodology, system & process when required.
∎ Provide technical guidance for pattern, cutting, sewing & finishing.
∎ Lead an independent team of Quality Controllers.
∎ Improve the Quality Management System.
∎ Communicate with customers rep.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 years as garment technician.
∎ Males are encouraged to apply.
∎ Basic knowledge in CAD and pattern making.
∎ Good knowledge in garment stitching.
∎ Quality conscious and attention to details.
∎ Problem solver.
∎ Proactive and takes initiatives.

Salary: Negotiable
