∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compounding and responsible for shift production & housekeeping.
∎ Production ready for delivery as per production plan.
∎ Raw materials arrange as per production demand.
∎ Manpower control and Machine monitoring of the company.
∎ Ensuring a safe and efficient work place is maintained at all times.
∎ Achieve the required company quality standards ensuring both internal and external customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are monitored and targets achieved.
∎ Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.
∎ Ensure safe working practices are maintained and 'Standard Operations' adhered to.
∎ Key indicators for best quality (with lab test) must be ensure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on shift production housekeeping and QC.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel.

Salary: Negotiable
