Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ CA, CMA, ACA, partly or full will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and prepare daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers etc
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction In ERP.
∎ Prepare account reports - daily, weekly & monthly.
∎ Handle accounting software independently.
∎ Reconcile the bank Accounts daily basis.
∎ Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher maintaining by accounts software.
∎ Cash management & cash disbursement.
∎ Deal with Company's internal Auditor & Bank.
∎ Preparation of company Tax accounts and financial statements.
∎ Handling internal and external audit.
∎ Prepare monthly VAT reconciliation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hardworking, proactive, self-responsible, ability to work under pressure/deadline.
∎ Well-organized, co-operative and a good team-player with pleasant personality.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills in English.
∎ Good Computer knowledge
