∎ Has to have full knowledge on costing and recipe of products like- bakery items, cakes, sweets and dry sweets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan production and manage manpower according to production demand and raw material availability.
∎ Oversee data entry of inventory, raw material, machine capacity utilization records, process-wise data, etc., in the company's ERP for better resource and machine management.
∎ Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on time input in production.
∎ It should be ensured that the production is cost effective.
∎ Monitoring product quality.
∎ Communicate between different departments of the factory as needed.

∎ Daily Allowance: 2,400 BDT (Monthly)
