∎ The candidate must maintain integrity, loyalty, and confidentiality towards the Company.
∎ Proficiency in using PRP systems and cash handling.
∎ Proven track record of honesty, integrity, and dedication in previous roles.
∎ Strong communication skills both in English and Bangla with a commitment to excellent customer service.
∎ Ability to handle customer complaints and challenges with professionalism and efficiency.
∎ Sales-focused mindset with experience achieving sales goals and targets.
∎ Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuously seek feedback from customer to improve service quality and satisfaction.
∎ Attend team meeting and share ideas to improve performance, operations and customer service.
