Responsibilities & Context:

BagnoSmart S.r.l. is a new Italian company based in Milan, specialized in complete bathroom renovations at a fixed price. We are looking for a remote Marketing Manager to build and manage our entire digital presence from scratch.

This is a key role. You will be responsible for all marketing activities and will coordinate freelancers and specialists as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Build and manage our website (WordPress or similar)
- Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (local search in Italian)
- Local SEO optimization and Google Business Profile management
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages
- Coordinate video creation and editing for social media and advertising
- Plan and manage local advertising campaigns (online and offline)
- Find, select and coordinate freelancers for specific tasks (graphics, video, content)
- Monthly reporting: leads, costs, ROI
- Propose new marketing strategies and ideas to grow the business

Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong results-oriented mindset — we need someone who drives real growth
- Ability to work independently and manage external collaborators
- No Italian language required — you will use AI tools, translators and keyword tools to work with Italian content
- Experience with AI tools for content creation and translation is a plus

- Contract: Freelance collaboration agreement
- Salary: 40,000 BDT/month fixed + performance bonus when the company achieves results
