Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns, digital promotions, media communications, and project launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners to maximize customer satisfaction.
Implement CRM systems, monitor sales performance, and prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Analyze market trends and recommend pricing, promotional, and business growth strategies.
Mentor team members through training, performance evaluation, and continuous development.
Coordinate with project, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and transparent business practices.
