Job Description

Genofax Life Sciences is a USA-based HealthTech company that has been collaboratively delivering advanced healthcare solutions with B2B healthcare partners across Australia, India, and Bangladesh.

To further expand, strengthen, and streamline its operations and to enhance professional engagement with physicians working in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions, the company is inviting applications from qualified, energetic, and competent candidates nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  ·  Maintain regular professional communication with doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals 
     at hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
  ·  Promote and present the company’s NGS, AI-driven Genetic Testing, and other healthcare solutions 
     effectively.
  ·  Develop and expand business relationships with new B2B healthcare partners, clinics, and diagnostic 
     centers.
  ·  Ensure effective planning and execution to achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
  ·  Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with physicians, hospitals, and corporate clients.
  ·  Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business expansion opportunities.
  ·  Coordinate with internal teams to enhance brand value and ensure customer satisfaction.
  ·  Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and activity updates to management.
  ·  Participate in and coordinate seminars, medical camps, CME programs, and promotional events.
  ·  Conduct official visits and field activities across different regions of the country when required.

Educational Qualifications

  ·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any recognized university in Marketing, Management, Biotechnology, 
     Microbiology, Genetics, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.

  ·  Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or HealthTech 
     sectors will be given preference.

Experience

  ·  Candidates having 2–5 years of practical experience in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.

  ·  Experience working with doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

  ·  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  ·  Strong verbal and written proficiency in both Bangla and English.

  ·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.

  ·  Ability to work collaboratively in a team with leadership capabilities.

  ·  Strong target-oriented mindset with interest in business development.

  ·  Willingness to travel across different regions of Bangladesh.

  ·  Must be experienced and interested in riding motorcycles.
