Responsibilities & Context:
The Reservation & Ticketing Executive will be responsible for managing airline reservations, ticketing operations, and customer travel requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with GDS systems (SABRE/Galileo) and a solid understanding of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle flight reservations, booking confirmations, and ticket issuance through SABRE/Galileo.
Process ticket reissues, refunds, cancellations, and revalidations as per airline policies.
Provide fare quotations and itinerary planning support.
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators regarding schedule changes and ticketing issues.
Monitor BSP reports and maintain accurate ticketing records.
Ensure compliance with airline and IATA regulations.
Key Requirement
Strong working knowledge of GDS systems (SABRE/Galileo) is mandatory.
Familiarity with BSP processes, airline fare rules, and ticketing operations.
