• Has to have good contact in Sales Market (Outlet) so that good people can be recruited.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery, Dry Sweets (Cake, Biscuit, Bread, Chanachur, Chips).

• The candidate must maintain integrity, loyalty, and confidentiality towards the Company.
• Should be responsible for overall supervision of the Company's sales operation, marketing initiatives, training, and team-building plan to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Responsible for the time-to-time follow-up of all kinds of customer delivery-related activities and production with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Announce the regular Sales forecasting and prepare action plans by monitoring the Sales Targets and coming up with sales improvement plans.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Analyze competitor activities and industry dynamics to redefine marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools & analytics, including developing and executing innovative social media strategies to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Look after customer queries (negotiate terms & conditions) or feedback with satisfaction and relationship development, as well as manage the customer database and maintain updated communication regularly.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

• Accommodation and food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided instead of food allowance and accommodation facilities will be given.

Salary Package:

Total Gross Salary: 28,400 BDT where,

• Food Allowance: 4,000 BDT

• Accommodation Allowance: 2,000 BDT

• Daily Allowance: 2,400 BDT (Monthly)

• Basic Salary: 20,000 BDT
