- Has to have good contact in food industry so that good people can be recruited.
- Has to have full knowledge on costing and recipe of products like- bakery items, cakes, sweets and dry sweets.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan production and manage manpower according to production demand and raw material availability.
- Oversee data entry of inventory, raw material, machine capacity utilization records, process-wise data, etc., in the company's ERP for better resource and machine management.
- Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on time input in production.
- It should be ensured that the production is cost effective.
- Monitoring product quality.
- Communicate between different departments of the factory as needed.

Accommodation and food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided instead of food allowance and accommodation facilities will be given.
Food Allowance: 4,000 BDT
Accommodation Allowance: 2,000 BDT
Daily Allowance: 2,400 BDT (Monthly)
Basic Salary: 26,600 BDT
Salary Package:
Total Gross Salary: 35,000 BDT where,
NOTE: Basic salary might vary a little considery each candidate experience
