• 7 to 10 years

• HSC

• Age 26 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Has to have good contact in food industry so that good people can be recruited.
• Has to have full knowledge on costing and recipe of products like- bakery items, cakes, sweets and dry sweets.

• Plan production and manage manpower according to production demand and raw material availability.
• Oversee data entry of inventory, raw material, machine capacity utilization records, process-wise data, etc., in the company's ERP for better resource and machine management.
• Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on time input in production.
• It should be ensured that the production is cost effective.
• Monitoring product quality.
• Communicate between different departments of the factory as needed.

• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

• Accommodation and food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided instead of food allowance and accommodation facilities will be given.

Salary Package:

Total Gross Salary: 35,000 BDT where,

• Food Allowance: 4,000 BDT

• Accommodation Allowance: 2,000 BDT

• Daily Allowance: 2,400 BDT (Monthly)

• Basic Salary: 26,600 BDT
