Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning activities:
∎ All Proto/line close activities,
∎ CCMS/development,
∎ Allocation and transfer process,
∎ Capacity calculation process
∎ Factory/VFA OTP calculations process,
∎ Buy placement activities and
∎ Monthly buy activities
∎ PO management to shipment etc.
∎ This position owns Bangladesh all factories capacity, data resource & capability validation also responsible for On Time delivery.
∎ Support HK team to provide root cause analysis, data validation & fill rate proposals on issues
∎ Support Bangladesh production Operations team by offering and sharing seasonal forecast, transfer related activities, new and key programs information etc.
∎ Actively participate on allocation and transfer related activities,
∎ Actively involve on Proto and Line Close list finalization activities
∎ Asia anova/ANOVA preparation
∎ Monthly Buy placement activities,
∎ Closely follow up activities on PO release to vendor and management until shipment etc.
∎ Involve various activities on both VF Asia and factories OTP calculations process,
∎ Monthly Buy Execution:
∎ Release buy to factory
∎ Follow up issue: MOQ, tooling, wrong size/ width…
∎ Pushing confirmation buy with 4 days (1 drop), 3 days (2 drop)
∎ Convert PO after one week of 1sr drop releasing, and 1 day after 2nd drop releasing
∎ Adjust PR for late confirmation no later than 2 weeks that 1st drop buy releasing
∎ Adjust CRD on PO level if factory improves to on time
∎ ANOVA file update
∎ Reports Tracking:
∎ SOR update study/check and save in central file every week and send email to ZH Planning and production team
∎ Tracking SOR and factory loading plan in 2 weeks advance
∎ Tracking daily report: material status, production plan, backlog
∎ Update buy confirmation
∎ OTP report: forecast delay for coming months and manually update OTP
∎ Exception report: make sure delay quantity match with OTP
∎ Weekly shipping report analysis
∎ Risk report: Forecast delay for a month in advance
∎ Box ratio
∎ ECN report follow up with factory/ECN team, send confirmation to all concern including ZH costing
∎ Systems Maintenance:
∎ JBA for EURO region (CRD date/split/resize/destination/line create change or modify)
∎ Reva SAP for Asia region (CRD date/resize/destination change or modify)
∎ Acadia SAP for US region (all kinds of change/modify CRD, sizes, redirect etc.)
∎ NGC for all region (delay region code/CFM ship date change/ Production date change or modify)
∎ Asia DS for Japan, China DC, MY, SIN DS sourcing report convert into PO and adjust original POs quantity.
