Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be responsible for effective Production planning for Sweater division (Concern unite).
∎ Candidate will Guide up & follow up to the factory production people as per running production status.
∎ Prepare daily production reports and disbars to the concern department (as per requirement).
∎ Maintain prompt & effective communication with other concern departments & Head office Management as required.
∎ Candidate will monitor monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time yearn & accessories in house report & visit factories to monitor the progress of given plan.
∎ Order status monitoring & attend in regular schedule meeting with merchandising department for effective order planning.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department, Production people & other concerned department for smooth operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an expert on sweater Production Management
∎ well conversant on IE & work study based knowledge.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system will be given preference.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
