Job Context:
∎ Hazrat Amanat Shah Spinning Mills Ltd., A concern of Amanat Shah Group.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytic candidate for the post of "Production Officer/Asst. Production Officer (Rotor)". The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly take over section form previous shift.
∎ Ensure shift wise production target as per production plan with proper supervision.
∎ Ensure manpower allocation of the assigned area.
∎ Supervise the work of all section workers.
∎ Controlling leave & absenteeism of all section workers.
∎ Ensure quality product through in process checking.
∎ Motivation of workers and following up workers behavior.
∎ Ensure proper house-keeping of all sections.
∎ Prepare and keep all type of documents and records when where is required.
∎ Provide sufficient training and improve skills of all workers.
∎ Sharing all unusual situations with concern authority at the earliest possible time.
∎ Ensure minimum breakdown time of machinery.
∎ Properly hand-over section to next shift.
∎ To ensure that the defined quality requirements are achieved for Rotor Spinning Projects, and also ensure that issues are resolved timely to minimize disruption to production plans.
∎ To prepare rotor documentations: both internal documents as well as documents for the customers to be provided.
∎ To ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labor and equipment to meet production targets and objectives.
∎ To work for 100% capacity utilization.
∎ To resolve production operational issues by providing technical expertise.
∎ To ensure optimum utilization of machine & material for higher productivity.
∎ Should have knowledge on modern textile machinery & automation.
∎ To perform necessary production activities to achieve targets with minimum cost.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of production wastage like rejection, alteration, overcutting, overproduction, and extra hours of work.
∎ To develop customer demand wise system in the working process.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-year(s) experience in any reputed Rotor Spinning Mills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to lead and manage a team, Production Analysis.
∎ Experienced in 100% export-oriented Rotor & Auto Coro Department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Analysis, production management and finishing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile (Rotor Spinning Mills).
