∎ At least Diploma in Textile Engineering (Major in Spinning) from any reputed Institutes / universities
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Brand`s Buyer Nominated Spinning Factory, Valuka, Mymensingh
∎ Job Nature: 8 Hours and can avail free furnished Bachelor Quarter
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute buyer wise production requirements.
∎ Follow up and execute and ensure overall yarn production & process, meeting quality requirements and timelines without fail.
∎ Monitor and control production target as well as maintain data as per production.
∎ Responsible for planning, production, negotiation & decision - making for the Yarn-production process and manpower deployment as per requirement. He will be responsible for Shift Incharge.
∎ Maintain effective working environment with export quality.
∎ Monitoring job performance and execute continuous improvement actions.
∎ More experienced and qualified people have a possibility to upgrade his designation.
∎ Convincing Capability the Production Worker to get the optimum production & quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates have minimum 5-8 years working experience in Ring Spinning /Open End/ Colour Mélange Spinning. Educational qualification may be relaxed upon his experience and capabilities.
∎ Experienced can be relaxed for brilliant Candidates
∎ Candidate must be pleasant health condition, presentable and have a positive attitude
∎ Strong Convincing & floor management Skills
∎ Comfortable to work under pressure
∎ Accommodation Facilities in the Bachelor Dormitory with other officer.
Salary:
∎ Suitable Candidates can get Tk. 20,000 to 24,000 according to his capability.
