Experience:

• 5 to 8 years

• Minimum Diploma in Textile Engineering from any reported university or Textile institution (More Preferable)

• 5 to 8 years

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Applicants must have experience in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel), Spinning

• 5 to 8 years’ experience in Spinning mill will be given preference

• Develop, coordinate, and oversee production processes to ensure seamless and effective operations.

• Assist in production plans on the factory floor, ensuring timelines and quality standards.

• Identify faults in each production section as early as possible before finishing, moving on to the next step and taking steps to recover it.

• Manage the scheduling and utilization of raw materials to meet production schedules while optimizing resource utilization.

• Foster strong working relationships with production teams to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.

• Address and promptly resolve technical issues that may arise during production.

• Improve machine uptime and processing cost

• Complete any tasks given at your shift from time to time.

• Prepare daily Shift production register and hand over to the next shift Production Officer.

• Identifying and resolving any production-related issues

• To motivate supervisors and workers to achieve maximum production with minimum faults

• Attending meetings with the management team and discuss your difficulties with management and come up with remedies.
