∎ Graduate in Textile in relevant field will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhancing efficiency Strategic Planning / Plant Operations.
∎ Formulating and implementing effective strategic plans to enhance operations and meet organizational objectives and meet top line profitability.
∎ Who experience in dealing with Wal-Mart, AMERICAN EAGLE, LIDL, C & A and AZDA BUYER directly for requested apply.
∎ Should be able to handle production most efficiently with planning and optimum quality.
∎ Conducting working capacity demand relation, identifying bottlenecks and impact of the same on make buy and related investment decisions.
∎ Preparing production budgets including overhead budget, maintenance budget and capital budget to enhance operations in coordination with the macro plans of organization.
∎ Designing and implementing systems, & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations & enhancing operational efficiency.
∎ Implementing stringent systems to enhance quality of products & ensuring compliance with statutory quality, environment, health & safety standards.
∎ Determining the future needs and production capacity for producing required quantities of items on pre-defined standards and within financial costs.
∎ Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment's in power intensive business operations.
∎ Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Identifying capacity limitations & De-bottlenecks of process problems, plant upsets, reasons for production shortfall for taking cost effective corrective action.
∎ Any other assignment given by the top management.
