Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Good computer literate is required.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in production
∎ Skills Required: Industrial production

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial production, Production planning, Production Process
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of independently looking All kinds of production activities of a newly established Agro Farm Machineries Projects.
∎ Must have Knowledge of Material & Designing.
∎ Estimating, Scheduling, good understanding of details on Farm Machineries product production. Good experiences & knowledge in Farm Machineries production activities is highly appreciated to apply for the position.
∎ The Candidates must be expert in Farm Machineries production targets through regular monitoring with Clients and gradually increase in the whole country.
∎ Should be able to prepare strategic planning for implementation and run the department smoothly.
∎ Should be able to plan, strategize and execute product designs and activities to ensure strong brand presence in the market
∎ Strategic guideline to sales team for achieving Volume, market share & profitability of the specific Farm Machineries segment in line with Annual Business Plan.
∎ Helping the category head in preparing ABP, and all stages from import planning to product delivery.
∎ Analyzing consumer trends and market gap to identify future sources of growth of the brand.
∎ Keeping liaison with Project Head for ensuring right product planning/projection at a competitive price and in right time.
∎ Maintain optimum inventory level of all the farm machineries and spare brand.
∎ Effective plan & implementation of 7Ps of marketing.
∎ Coordinate with outside agencies for design & development of new product development issues related to the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years

∎ Experience in the related fields (Farm Machineries Production) will be given Priority.
