∎ Graduation in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve production target of Organic Fertilizer as per planning with quality.
∎ Prepare Production & Development related report in need basis.
∎ Ensure safety, health and environment inside the unit.
∎ Update all production related register, format, staff attendance and staff leave register.
∎ Maintain the quality production by supervising QC.
∎ Closely monitor and supervise the activities of all staffs.
∎ Maintain liaison with QCD, Warehouse, Engineering and other business/ unit.
∎ Ensure sufficient stock of Organic Fertilizer through warehouse dept. as per production plan and inform production manager.
∎ Ensure only quality accepted goods arc dispatch from production floor to warehouse.
∎ Develop new production unit of Organic Fertilizer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years of practical working experience in production related activities of Fertilizer business
