Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Industrial Engg.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the production target set by management with maximum productivity.
∎ Ensure proper use of resources i.e. man, material and machines in the production floors.
∎ Ensure production of quality goods as per order specifications of buyers.
∎ Organize and conduct regular inspections in all areas of production.
∎ Ensure wastage reduction and control by taking corrective/preventive actions in respective lines of production.
∎ Organize in-process and final inspection of finished goods, and ensure delivery of quality products.
∎ Supervise daily activities of workers in and around production floor and report any untoward activities.
∎ Monitor smooth functioning of the mechanical and electrical equipment, and report any of its malfunction or damage immediately to authority concerned.
∎ Maintain/ develop favorable relationship with workers to act as the medium between management and work force.
∎ Ensure regular inspection, calibration and maintenance of all machinery, measuring, testing and other equipments and devices to ensure production with maximum productivity.
∎ To be responsible for products quality against any complaints from the customers.

∎ At least 5 year(s) Experience in related industry
∎ Floor/ Line Management, Production Management.
∎ Hard working, responsible, honest, sincere, proactive with high level of integrity.
