∎ Graduate/ HSC.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mainly responsible for sewing but also need to lead cutting and finishing team leader
∎ Monitoring Pre-setting and quick changeover
∎ Responsibe for balancing sewing, cutting and finishng floor
∎ Responsible for maintaining high RFT percentage
∎ Responsible for lead the production plan and achieve the production plan and have capability to make alternative internal plan against deviation
∎ On time delivery with right quality
∎ Make order reconciliation within 2-3 days of production shipment
∎ Resolve technical issues that arise at feeding time
∎ Set weekly forecast production target and also set daily production target based on company set up target
∎ Provide technical support to IE departments in upgrading skill of the operators
∎ Have capability to collect and recruit right production manpower in right place.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Product knowledge: Lingerie / Outerwear.
