Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of floor supervisors and workers.
∎ Overseeing the production process in the assigned area.
∎ Maintain the production schedule in strict compliance with the schedule.
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
∎ Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
∎ Responsible for the quality standards in the process.
∎ Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs as and when needed.
∎ Coordinating with different departments, as and when needed.
∎ Work as a team to implement the company’s policies and goals.
∎ Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in the workplace.
∎ Review the performance of subordinates and report accordingly.
∎ Identifying training needs and suggesting training.
∎ Ensure that the maintenance of equipment is done as per the plan.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
