Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure quality production and on-time shipment as per plan.
∎ Analyze capacity with planning and capacity distribution after getting a plan from the planning department.
∎ Responsible for daily production & work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Coordinate all departments for smooth production.
∎ planning, procurement, logistics, quality, and maintenance to ensure customers' expectations are met.
∎ Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
∎ Monitoring plan VS actual production & take a necessary step.
∎ ensuring daily production.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration over production and extra hour work.
∎ Ensure operations are conducted safely, reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures·
