Experience:
Bachelor /Maters in any discipline or B.SC in Textile Engineering or IE experienced applicants will be highly preferred.
Experience: 3 to 5 years as PM in a reputed Knit factory.
Strong Leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience with production planning and quality control
Job Context:
A reputed 100% export based Knit Garments factory is looking for potential candidates as Production Manager (35 Lines Garments) for its factory located at Zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production operations and ensure targets are met
Manage production team and provide guidance and support
Monitor quality control implement improvements
To monitor and control all kinds of the production process
Plan and optimize production processes for efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety & labor regulations
Coordinate with Merchandising, planning & other teams
Hourly, daily and monthly production target to achieve based on the set target efficiency.
NPT (Non-Production Time) has to bring down to minimal and to make sure operation of unutilized time.
Workers & Staff Turn Over, migration and absenteeism rate has to maintain and control as per the factory standard.
Man, machine ratio including sewing operator and helper to keep as per standard set by the management.
Overtime work should keep within the factory permissible limit.
Make sue sewing machine running, manpower and material utilization to the optimum level of the floor capacity
Responsible to ensure quality at source, zero defect garments production and end line defect control, reject percentage as per company permissible limit.
Responsible for maintaining Cut to ship ratio up to the best possible level, responsible for good piece production after receiving Cut panel to packing.
Pre-final internal inspection has to be pass first time, customer complain internal & external has to bring down at minimal level.
To distribute duties and responsibilities of sub-ordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective departme
