Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production Development: Ensure the production development with quality shoes and maintain distribution in countrywide.
∎ Business Development: Primarily focus on executing business growth plans. Expand B2B and B2C with potential focus.
∎ Leadership: Provides visionary leadership that inspires the highest levels of performance in the delivery of business and operational administration.
∎ Operational Management. Maintains an organized system of management and controls that ensure smooth function of production and logistic operations, timely accomplishment of goals, and physical, financial and human resource viability and success
∎ Strategic Planning: Develops, implements and executes operational plans that ensure timely strategic goal achievement.
∎ Partnerships and Negotiations. Develops strategic partnerships and ensures skillful negotiations that help to position the organization for success.
∎ Financial Performance: Utilizes financial and analytical skills to lead, monitor and take actions that ensure the financial stability and long term success.
∎ Client Relations: Fosters strong client relations and develops collaborative partnerships that advance the interests of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in production sector of any shoe or leather industry with proven track record of meeting aggressive production goals.
∎ Strong business analytical skills, relationship management and collaboration skills
∎ Knowledge of and expertise in shoe industry contracting models for managed care, risk contracting and understanding of current overall trends in the business sector.
