Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:
A premier toy production company located in Cumilla EPZ, is looking for a Production Manager / Production Incharge to oversee and lead the manufacturing processes in our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production line, ensuring efficiency, product quality, and adherence to deadlines. Experience in factory production management, knowledge of industrial engineering, and fluency in English and Japanese are preferred.
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Manage production staff, provide guidance and training, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Monitor production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and maintain quality
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes
- Maintain product quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies
- Prepare and maintain production reports for senior management
- Coordinate with other departments (quality control, logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment of production targets
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Foster a culture of teamwork and performance excellence in the factory
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and resource planning
