∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Engineering or related subject
∎ Skills Required: Food Technologist, HACCP, ISO, People Management skill, Product Costing and budgeting, Production planning, Production Process.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop & execute production process to ensure daily production output and product quality as per the demand & forecast.
∎ Prepare & maintain the production budget to ensure cost effectiveness with optimum manpower and sustainable targeted operations.
∎ Ensure optimum use of man machine & materials to meet production targets maintaining high efficiency.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
∎ Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
∎ Ensure health, safety and hygienic regulations of factory as per specification.
∎ Resolves worker grievances with concern of Human Resources and cross functional department.
∎ Responsible for administrative issues of the factory.
