Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Candidate should have at least a B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile engineering (Wet Process Technology) or B.Sc/ M.Sc in applied chemistry or B.Sc/ M.Sc in Chemical engineering
∎ Skills Required: Dyeing, Fabric dyeing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing, Fabric dyeing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follows up process (through TDH, Sedomaster & visually) in order to achieve RFT (both lab to bulk & bulk to bulk)
∎ Ensures process standard (input, parameter, process sequence, dyes & chemicals, water consumption etc) is met in order to achieve RFT
∎ Approves accurate recipe in order to achieve accurate shade without topping or addition
∎ Communicates with planning in order to finalize machine wise dyeing plan
∎ Leads batch section in order to keep 03 (three) batches ready for production
∎ Takes initiative to clear out fabric from finishing WIP (work in process)
∎ Controls manpower within budget provided by management
∎ Ensures reconciliation for each PO is properly done in order to ensure no short shipment due to fabric shortage
