∎ Skills Required: Factory Operation, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, Production planning, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Waste Management

∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Labor Management, Operation, Production, Raw material planning, Wastage management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare the production forecast of kitchen sink of a specific month by getting sales feedback from market.
∎ Yearly production planning & Budget Preparation
∎ To prepare production plan, schedule & sequence to meet the market demand.
∎ To ensure minimum inventory of each items in every warehouse.
∎ To raise purchase order of raw materials & other indirect materials which are
∎ needed to produce sink by store department.
∎ To ensure these materials purchase & delivery by supply chain team.
∎ To follow-up the production quantity & ensure quality through QC people report.
∎ To ensure delivery of every warehouse according to the market demand & sales people demand.
∎ To collect customer & consumer feedback about product quality & demand by survey team.
∎ To collect information of competitors product such as sales quantity, production
∎ quantity, product quality, sales promotions, marketing planning & further steps.
∎ To supervise daily production status of Factory as per production plan.
∎ To supervise raw materials stock position daily basis of Factory.
∎ To supervise finished goods stock position of various depot.
∎ To supervise monthly consumption report & ensure the accuracy.
∎ Follow up the demand - supply gap of FG
∎ Follow up the movement of slow & non moving inventory.
∎ Monitor proper utilization of machines
∎ Liaison with all departments for ensuring smooth production operation
∎ Ensure optimum stock at depot
∎ Both FG & RM inventory level control
∎ Preparing the variance of monthly production demand & actual production
∎ Suggest system development of software & production data

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
