Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Food Technology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Ensure daily production as per plan
∎ Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all equipment
∎ Allocate required manpower properly
∎ Assessing project and resource requirements.
∎ Estimating and agreeing budgets and timescales with management.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Overseeing production processes.
∎ Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary.
∎ Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-chief and take necessary action immediately.
∎ Listen to the worker's problem directly and to solve their problem.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Liaising with marketing and sales staff.
∎ Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
∎ Organizing relevant training sessions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of a minimum 5 years or more on relevant field.
∎ Has to be proficient on MS word and MS Excel.
∎ Has to be a team player.
∎ Has to have proper idea on Bakery Line machineries and process.
Salary: Negotiable
