We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager who will be responsible for the Jacquard Department in a Sweater Factory.

Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.

• Jacquard Programming in a competent way / correctly with problem-solving capacity (SHIMA SEIKI, Beworth, RUINING TIGER).

• Candidate should have experience in programming related to SHIMA SEIKI, Beworth, and RUINING TIGER brand jacquard machines.

• The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring 100% utilization of the knitting capacity of the factory.

• Guide the team to prepare a knitting plan according to fabric TNA (Time and Action) and coordinate with the planning team to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).

• Maintain close coordination with external factory & other stakeholders, production & planning teams to ensure TNA/OTD.

• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and external factory technical teams to develop innovations, follow fashion trends, and meet the special requirements of buyers.

• Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.

• Review complaint trends and product/component failure analysis; review corrective actions with appropriate personnel.

• On-time delivery of the goods to the linking section.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
