∎ Ability to handle new tests as per client requirements
∎ Ability to understand client requirements
∎ Ability to manage the whole team in a professional manner
∎ Meet 1000% client deadline with high-end quality
∎ Ability to work with top level management
∎ Must achieve daily/weekly and monthly company’s target
∎ Manage whole production cycle smoothly
∎ Daily report to top level management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years

∎ Must be good in English to understand clients' specific job requirements and delegate them to the team accordingly
