∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination with planning between relevant departments including Store, procurement, Supply Chain, sales & marketing and management.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ Control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ Ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, labour, equipment to meet production targets and objectives.
∎ Confirm daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
∎ Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.
∎ Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
∎ Control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by Management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates.
∎ Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and achieve set target.
∎ Must have 5 years' Experience Production Supervising.
