Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree from any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to follow up shipment plans and achieve set targets, quickly balancing production lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Demonstrate buyer standard and also must follow up day-to-day target work.
∎ Monitor the production-related process in order to meet on-time shipment & should have to perform other duties and responsibilities.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on-time inspections.
∎ Ensure to start the production as per the monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per layout & the daily style-wise target achievement.
∎ Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, records.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
∎ Make a good plan for the product by considering urgency, smooth running of the production line as well as production nature.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and meet buyers' shipment dates with required quality.
∎ Coordinate the quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault generated during processing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Production area. Ex -defense candidate will get preference who has the experience in production.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in the Production Department with leadership and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time frame.
∎ Ability to communicate with other departments & suppliers for smooth operations.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Appropriate knowledge and skills in production related jobs
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
∎ Computer literacy
