Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Sylhet Agricultural University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: agro based farm, broiler Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for brooding, rearing, and managing production of over 1,70,000 broiler in different environmentally controlled houses.
∎ • Responsible for preparation and implementation of proper cleaning system, disinfection and fumigation program in each flock according to bio security management of the farm.
∎ • Coordinating with hatchery for better chicks hatching program.
∎ • Preparation of ventilation settings according to age, weather and type of house.
∎ • Keep up to date record of health status of each flock by monitoring daily basis and share with technical team if need any medication.
∎ • Monitor and co-operate with technical team about daily body weight, feed allocation and day to day working e.g. birds grading, vaccinating birds, bio-security measures and bird care by instructing to farm supervisors.
∎ • Monitor and co-operate with technical team about schedule vaccine and lighting program for flocks.
∎ • Monitoring feed requisition, LPG requisition and medicine requisition on daily basis.
∎ • Responsible to arrange worker training and motivational program for good bio security practice.
∎ • Manage production team, including supervisors, house worker, litter man, support team.
∎ • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management as demanded by situation.
