Responsibilities & Context:
- Must have good understanding of machineries
- Overseeing the production process as well as planning and implementing the production schedule.
- Plan and perform pre-production activities to ensure quality.
- It should be ensured that the production is cost effective.
- Labor and production and other resources must be kept running efficiently.
- Must have practical experience in cartoon and poly section work.
- Monitor production process and adjust schedule as needed
- Monitoring product quality.
- Communicate between different departments of the factory as needed.
- Working with department heads to implement company policies and goals.
- Supervising and motivating related departments and personnel involved in production.
- Reviewing production plan including management, capacity and energy to achieve daily target production as per plan.
- Assist in achieving daily planned goals.
