Key Responsibilities:1. Production & Operations Management:

• Plan, monitor, and manage daily and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements.

• Supervise factory floor operations, including liner pasting, flute joining, pressure pressing, creasing, slotting, stitching, folding, and final packing.

• Ensure daily output meets quality standards and shipment timelines.

2. Procurement & Inventory:

• Oversee procurement of all raw materials such as paper, glue, and stitching wire.

• Maintain inventory levels to avoid production delays and reduce wastage.

• Coordinate with suppliers and store team for timely delivery and stock control.

3. Sales Support & Coordination:

• Assist the sales team in developing samples for client approval.

• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately, with quality, and on-time.

• Provide timely updates to the sales and delivery teams on production status.

4. Quality Control & Client Requirements:

• Implement and monitor quality control processes across each production stage.

• Ensure compliance with the specific packaging requirements of garments and pharma clients.

• Address and resolve any product quality or defect issues proactively.

5. Factory Compliance & Safety:

• Maintain compliance with all legal, environmental, and labor regulations.

• Ensure the safety of workers through proper training and machine safety checks.

• Enforce discipline and hygiene across the factory floor.

6. Team & Machinery Oversight:

• Lead a team of operators, helpers, and shift supervisors.

• Monitor machine performance and ensure scheduled maintenance and repair work is done.

• Identify areas of efficiency improvement and support factory automation efforts.
