Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Graduate/ B.Sc in Leather Engineering is preferred. Highly experienced persons are also allowed to apply from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate and Maintain large volume of synthetic and Leather bag production.
∎ Monthly, daily, hourly target follow up.
∎ Plan and implement production schedule.
∎ Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
∎ Minimize wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Skill development in the floor.
∎ Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production Operations.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control & tracking programs to meet quality Objectives.
∎ Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
∎ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary Interventions for improvement.
∎ Set and manage production budgets and implement cost control programs.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments Including procurement, distribution and management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) experienced professional in Production are requested to Apply
∎ Must have Bag factory experience,
∎ Ability to work cross functionally and globally
