∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the production unit for garments by-
∎ Implement modern production to Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Detail follow up of time line of each order with buyers, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time Shipment.
∎ Ensuring fabric and accessories are in factory at right quantity and quality.
∎ Monitoring overall activities of suppliers, commercial, quality checking of goods and shipping etc., to ensure smooth production and shipment.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the worker performance.
∎ Follow up the production and take necessary action for achievement & Update skill inventory regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicant should have trained up and Certified on Lean Management.
∎ Skilled with planning & IE for productivity improvement.
∎ At least 05 years practical experience of Lean Management in a renowned Company.
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in Woven / Knit garments and 6 years experience as GM Production (Woven / Knit).
∎ Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
∎ Only applications from EXPERIENCED PERSONS in woven / Knit garments will be considered.
Salary: Negotiable
