Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of factory performance
∎ Ensure daily and monthly targeted production by plan and organizing the resources
∎ Proper manpower and resource utilization
∎ Maintain standard and procedure to meet highest levels of product quality
∎ Team development, training, monitoring and evaluating staff performance
∎ Ensure monthly inventory are maintained properly and reported to HO
∎ Focus on product cost optimization, scrap reduction, over time minimization
∎ Manage overall factory budget and control theron
∎ Identify process bottle neck and provide recommendation to improve the process
∎ Fostering a productive working environment
∎ Ensuring adherence to company and industry regulations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in plate preparation, assembly, oxide in automotive battery industry
∎ Ability to build effective team relationships by strong leadership skills
∎ Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives
