∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Floor/ Line Management, Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with other department to train Sewing workers
∎ Provide technical support and advice to Line Leader on production problems
∎ Ensure availability of manpower , machine and material to run line smoothly
∎ Monitor & prepare pre-production sample as per schedule according to product specification
∎ To ensure daily/monthly target efficiency is achievable
∎ To establish and maintains quality standard and standard operating procedures.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of garments with expected quality.
∎ Lead workers to follow correctly the procedures and company regulations
∎ Ensure 5S , product safety and discipline be fully applied in Sewing and Finishing
∎ Meet bottomline result

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Samples construction
∎ Knit product sewing
∎ Leadership in managing all the subordinates.
∎ Decision Making
∎ Team Work among superior and subordinates
∎ Strong characteristic to work in production floor
∎ Ability to lead the line to achieve the line targets

Salary: Negotiable
