∎ Leather Product Engineer

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up, Initiate, Monitor and Control of the ongoing Production operations and review of Quality Control Reports to Floor / Line Management and operate the high tech machines.
∎ Initiate production planning and management activities within the organization.
∎ Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
∎ Follow up on Daily Production Status.
∎ Ensure that finished products meet quality standards.
∎ Determine equipment, materials, and manpower required to complete production.
∎ Overall Control of the ongoing Production operations and review of Quality Control Reports.
∎ Resolve quality-related issues in production and train operators to enhance efficiency.
∎ Prepare Production report & submit to the management as when necessary.
∎ Any other relevant assigned tasks as per supervisor's instruction.
∎ Monitor and control all production processes in the sewing section.
∎ Take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
