∎ Minimum Diploma Engineering in Food Technology.
∎ Skills Required: Product Quality, Production Process

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bakery items
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shift wise man, machine and materials handling.
∎ Monitoring of all process to reduce wastage.
∎ Communicate with maintenance, QC, store, distribution and others department.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of production line operation, monitor activities of production operators.
∎ Effectively follow up the production plan and manpower utilization.
∎ Prepare shift report and all production related reports.
∎ Implement the regulatory guide lines of regulatory agencies, i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, good housekeeping and personal hygiene on production floor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in bakery line.

Salary: Negotiable
