SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Transformers, Energy Saving Lights, Accessories, Fan, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are looking for young and energetic Production Engineer professionals for its sister concern SQ Electricals Ltd. who will be able ensure end product quality with own skill and capabilities efficiently and effectively, he must have to be and does have Leadership Skill, Organization Skill and Problem Solving skill along with Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, in depth knowledge in respective field which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

• Oversee production operations for electrical accessories such as switches, sockets, and related products.

• Ensure smooth and continuous production processes in the molding section.

• Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on production targets and forecasts.

• Arrange manpower according to production requirements and ensure effective workforce allocation.

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.

• Analyze production problems and implement corrective actions to minimize rejection rates.

• Coordinate with Supervisors, Team Leaders, Maintenance, and QC departments for process improvement.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material requirements as per production planning.

• Maintain records of material consumption and inventory reports.

• Prepare monthly floor closing reports and submit to the Production Manager, MIS Officer, and Raw Store Department.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

• Maintain proper SAP documentation and production-related records.

• Ensure machine safety and workplace safety compliance.

• Guide and motivate supervisors and team leaders to achieve production goals.

• Handle worker-related issues and communicate necessary matters to management.

• Ensure compliance with QMS & EMS standards.

• Supervise section supervisors and workers for efficient production operations.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical accessories manufacturing.

• Sound knowledge of plastic and metal production processes.

• Good understanding of production planning and process troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of SAP process management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
