Job Responsibilities:
∎ Derive lean production processes, pipeline management and implement
∎ Optimize existing production system, reduce Cost of Poor Quality, increase production efficiency
∎ Production & Product Quality Control, Management and Innovation
∎ Market Product Analysis & Capability Assessment
∎ Product Management, Innovation and Market/Competition Analysis, Research
∎ Production/Product Costing & Analytics
∎ Production system improvement, upgrade
∎ Product Management and Innovation, market analysis
∎ Make production plans on regular basis.
∎ Ensure smooth execution of production in the factory as per customers' specifications and meeting delivery schedule
∎ Man power to be utilized to the fullest.
∎ Generation of waste to be kept at minimum.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Procurement & Leadership, manufacturing processes & quality management systems, 3-D Modelling/CAD, Strong IT acumen.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Mobil Filter Manufacturing.
∎ Must have will and ability to learn work in Auto Filter Manufacturing Company.
∎ Must be hard worker and future goal to grow up with the company.
∎ Understanding of production economics & Costing
∎ Knowledge in innovative production techniques and process and international quality management certification requirements.
∎ Team player, positive attitude, willing to learn & travel an extra mile
∎ Proficiency in Computer applications i.e. MS Word, Excel, Power point etc.
∎ Very good communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Bengali)
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
