Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be Graduate in any Discipline or diploma Certificate in Clothing Management Course (Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptionally good in relevant work).
∎ Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to drive profitability by developing, Implementing and managing business strategies to achieve the Companies objects.
∎ Ability to develop strategic vision for the factory to align with the company’s goals and objectives.
∎ Ability to monitor performance parameters such as cut to ship ratio delivery in full on time, down time, earns hours etc. in order to reduce wastages.
∎ Ensure availability of fabrics, accessories and packing accessories in terms of quantity and quality plan operational timelines together with planning and sourcing departments.
∎ Ability to carry out various lean projects by monitoring relevant performance, parameters, developing actions plans in order to eliminate redundant activities, cost and waste.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
∎ Ability to plan, control of production, order costing, quality control and general administration.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good in English
∎ Good command over computer applications / MS OFFICE
∎ Should be a strong analytical approach towards building business strategies and implantation.
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting
∎ Should be strong communication/negotiation skills.
∎ Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments.
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
