Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product research & analysis
∎ Make product advantage transmission route
∎ Area sales points & sale team training
∎ Training need analysis, training materials preparations & advance training conductions
∎ Build & maintain external products and user's communication
∎ Staffing of the concern team members
∎ Suggesting improvements to the company's relevant systems
∎ The accurate products analyze &
∎ Make effective route of transmission with the sales team
∎ Provide training to sales team and other trainers
∎ Supervise and guide the internal team and the implementation progress of the module plan in charge
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Received training in product knowledge, training skills, copy writing, etc
∎ Good health and Energetic; can adapt to high-intensity work
∎ Have a certain explanation and teaching ability. Have certain observation ability and adaptability
∎ Have certain organizational and planning capabilities
∎ Skilled in using office software
∎ Proactive, hardworking, optimistic, responsible, normal mindset, learning ability, teamwork spirit & strong principle
∎ Excellent skills with brand insight, sufficient planning experience, excellent communication skills and good judgment
∎ Familiar with designing software operations, team management ability, innovation ability, planning ability and have a certain aesthetic ability
∎ Extrovert, optimistic, daring to take responsibility, good at communication, love learning
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department
∎ Strong communicational skills both in English & Bengali
