Responsibilities & Context:
Provide training to operators and workers on product safety processes and requirements.
Ensure staff understand safety protocols for handling needles, machines, and raw materials.
Conduct daily checks using a product safety checklist.
Monitor internal product safety control processes to ensure compliance.
Identify non-compliant issues (e.g., poor needle control, faulty machine settings) and work with supervisors to correct them.
Report critical non-compliance issues to factory management immediately.
Maintain documentation of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
Identify hazards in the production process to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals, dyes, and other materials used in sweater production.
Work closely with production supervisors, quality assurance teams, and management to maintain product safety standards.
Support audits and compliance checks from buyers or regulatory authorities.
