∎ Proficiency in oral and written communication both in Bengali & English.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Problem solving skill for buyer order.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carried all orders from order book and advised given by his superior
∎ Monitoring the responsibilities of all Quality In Charge , Quality Supervisor & their activities.
∎ Monitoring the manpower for finding the optimum labels performance and efficiency under a proper discipline.
∎ Arrange Pre-Production Meeting, Trial Production and Quality Meeting.
∎ Conducted Product Safety Audit at relevant working area.
∎ Help to arrange Training Program for developing personnel under continual process.
∎ Help to arrange Training Program for developing personnel under continual process.
∎ Monitor the production line and work for better quality production.
∎ Created the proper environment who under the supervision of him.
∎ Must be reviewed all the Quality Reports before and Final Quality Report.
∎ Works with Critical Operation & Defects.Has to take care to keep the all-quality working area neat and clean.
